This is my most popular class, and one you don’t want to miss. Learn how to make beautiful and tasty sourdough loaves in your own kitchen with just a few simple tools and ingredients. We will cover how to feed and care for starters, proofing, shaping loaves and baking techniques. Everyone will take home a fresh loaf of bread, new starter and a simple baking guide with bread recipes and ingredient ratios. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. $65/person+tax. No experience or equipment necessary. Class size is limited to 8 people.
