Hello Summer; Burger Night is finally back. Serving up the TK Classic (two griddled beef patties, Wisconsin cheddar, special sauce, butter lettuce and sweet pickles on a homemade bun) and homemade farro and mushroom veggie burgers too. Every burger comes with a choice of side and is only $15. Additional offerings: Agua Fresca, homemade cookie ice cream sandwiches and more. First come, first served. Twilight Dinners are back!  These are plated, multi-course meals featuring seasonal produce from local farmers, seafood, meats, sweets and more. These dinners are a platform to present new dishes and share my time-tested favorite recipes. They began in 2018, long before TK had a brick and mortar store; and they have been building steadily for years. Following the structure of a traditional European tasting menu, these are the flagship events in the TK calendar. Join the great company and delightful atmosphere for one night only, with communal seating limited to just 20 diners

Dietary restrictions accommodated with advance notice. BYOB; $125/person, plus tax. Reserve seats while you can, they sell out quickly.

The menu includes homemade breads, salads, vegetables, proteins and sweets. These suppers are Twilight Dinners’ little siblings. They are a bit more casual, served family style, with communal seating and no waiter service. AND, kids under 10 with an adult eat free! The supper will consist of salad and/or vegetables, a pasta or risotto, fish, meat and dessert. Plus homemade bread and butter.

You get it all and everything is served on platters to be passed and shared. Vegetarian or other dietary restrictions are accommodated (please let me know in advance). $50/person+tax (kids free). BYOB / Walk-ins welcome.

Looking to economize, expand and efficiently organize your kitchen? This class is for you. Learn time-tested tips for navigating the kitchen to cook with confidence. We will cover simple techniques to get you up and running in your home kitchen and feel comfortable entertaining or just cooking for the family.  We will cover roasting chicken, how to sear fish, preparing vinaigrettes, soups, rustic pastas and more. Light refreshments will be provided, plus we will eat everything we make!

Class size is limited to 10 people. $65/class. No prior experience or equipment necessary.

Twilight Kitchen will provide the menu at this very special event at one of our favorite produce suppliers. Come see Henry's gorgeous bottom-land fields, surrounded by forests and streams, and then enjoy a direct farm-to-table meal outside in community. TK will be serving a buffet style dinner starting at 2pm til 5pm which will feature all of Henry’s amazing produce. Please BYO Beverages. Tours are free, Dinners: $25/person or $12.50 for kids 12 and under. This year the meal will be at Henry’s upper field, just a half mile or so down the road at  1446 County Road 475 North, Eureka, IL.
