While May is still early in the growing/harvest season, a lot of fresh produce arrives now at local farmers markets in Chicago. We’ll have lots to choose from at this point; so expect tasty vegetables from Brockman Farms, Nichols Farm, River Valley Ranch, Klug Farms and more.  This will be the first of my “seasonal” pop-up dinners that will be featured throughout the summer. BYOB, only $125/person+tax for this full evening, multi-course feast. Limited to just 18 seats. Twilight Dinners usually sell out, so make your reservations early.
